Demirören Holding’in Ziraat Bankası’ndan aldığı 895 milyon dolarlık kredinin yalnızca yüzde 3,2’sini ödediği öğrenildi.

2018 yılında Doğan Medya Grubu’nu satın almak için Ziraat Bankası’ndan 800 milyon dolarlık kredi kullanan Demirören Holding’in borcunun 895 milyon dolara ulaştığı ve 14 yıl vadeyle yapılandırıldığı ortaya çıkmıştı.

T24’te yer alan habere göre, TBMM KİT Komisyonu üyesi CHP İzmir Milletvekili Atila Sertel’in sorusunu yazılı olarak yanıtlayan Ziraat Bankası Genel Müdürü Alpaslan Çakar, yapılandırma tarihinden itibaren firmadan toplam 586 milyon 221 bin 750 lira tahsil edildiğini açıkladı.

Demirören Holding’in borcu bugünkü döviz kuruyla 17 milyar liraya ulaşırken, firma bankaya olan borcunun yalnızca yüzde 3,2’sini ödemiş oldu.

Demirören AVM, ‘borçlarına’ karşılık Denizbank’a geçmişti

Demirören Holding, Doğan Medya’yı satın almak için aldığı kredi borcunu ödemek için İstanbul Göktürk’teki arazilerini Ziraat Bankası’na devretmişti. Ayrıca, Demirören Holding’e ait olan İstiklal Caddesi’nde bulunan Demirören AVM de “borçlarına” karşılık olarak Denizbank’a devredilmişti.
