Radyo ve Televizyon Üst Kurulu (RTÜK), 6 yılı aşkın süredir tutuklu bulunan eski HDP Eş Genel Başkanı Selahattin Demirtaş’ın kitabının tanıtıldığı Halk TV‘ye ceza verdi. RTÜK, Ali Sunal’ın iktidara yönelik deprem eleştirisi yapmasıyla gündeme gelen Show TV‘ye de “kadına şiddet sahnesi”nden ceza verirken, Fox TV ve Tele1‘e de ceza kesti.
RTÜK üyesi İlhan Taşçı, RTÜK’ün Halk Tv, Tele1, Fox TV ve Show TV’ye çeşitli gereçelerle ceza verdiğini açıkladı.
Kararların tamamında karşı oy kullandığını belirten Taşcı, “RTÜK bugünkü toplantında seçim öncesi eleştirel yayın yapan yayıncıları hizaya getirmeyi hedeflediğini, aldığı bu kararlarla çok net gösterdi” dedi.
Taşcı, Twitter’dan şu açıklamayı yaptı:
“1- RTÜK, Selahattin Demirtaş’ın öykü kitabı Dad’ın tanıtıldığı Halk TV’ye suçluyu övmekten % 5 para 5 kez de program durdurma cezası verdi. ‘Bazı kitaplar vardır ki bombadan daha tesirli’ olmaya devam ediyor! Kitaptan korkanlar ülkesi. Terör örgütüne üyelik noldu?@ebekirsahin !
2- RTÜK, sorumluların deprem sonrası istifa etmemesini eleştiren Ali Sunal’ın sunucusu olduğu Güldür Güldür’e ceza veremeyince programın yayıncısı Show TV’ye bir dizideki kadına şiddetten % 5 para 5 kez de program durdurma cezası verdi. Oysa TRT’de kadına şiddetin âlâsı var…
3- Halk TV’ye Kayda Geçsin programında Turhan Çömez’in İskenderun’da jeneratör çalışmadığı için solunum cihazına bağlı insanların öldüğünü açıklamasının tarafsızlık ilkesine aykırı yayın olduğu gerekçesiyle yüzde 3 para cezası verildi. Gerçeği söylemenin suç sayıldığı ülke!
4- Orta Sayfa programında dere yatağındaki yapılaşmanın ve yurtdışından aldığı ödeneklere karşın ıslah çalışması yapmayan Şanlıurfa Büyükşehir Belediyesinin eleştirilmesini küçük düşürme sayan RTÜK; Fox TV’ye % 3 para cezasını uygun gördü! İktidar belediyesi eleştirilemeyecek…
5- Tele 1’e de Merdan Yanardağ ile Prof. Dr. Emre Kongar’ın 18 Dakika programındaki AKP’nin faşizan bir parti olduğu ifadesi ve kadın yürüyüşü yasağının eleştirilmesi nedeniyle % 3 para cezası verildi. Kararların tamamına karşı oy kullandım.
6- RTÜK bugünkü toplantında seçim öncesi eleştirel yayın yapan yayıncıları hizaya getirmeyi hedeflediğini aldığı bu kararlarla çok net gösterdi. Ama meydanı boş bırakmayacağız. Basın özgürlüğü ve halkın haber alma hakkı mücadelesini ödünsüz sürdüreceğim…”
